1. Service

Runway English is a mobile app offering ITEP exam-preparation content (listening, reading, grammar, and AI-assisted writing evaluation).

2. Account

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for your account’s security. You may delete your account in-app at any time.

3. Subscription

Some or all content may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store / Google Play; cancellation and refunds follow the respective store’s rules.

4. Content & intellectual property

All lessons, questions, recordings, and images in the App belong to Runway English and are protected by copyright. Copying, recording, reproducing via screenshots, or sharing the content with third parties is prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable use

Reverse engineering, automated scraping, abuse of the AI evaluation service, or attempts to access another user’s account are prohibited. Daily evaluation limits may apply for fair use.

6. Disclaimer

Content is provided “as is”; no guarantee is made regarding exam outcomes. AI evaluations are advisory and do not constitute official scoring.

7. Changes

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Hizmet

Runway English, ITEP sınavına hazırlık içerikleri (dinleme, okuma, dilbilgisi ve yapay zekâ destekli yazma değerlendirmesi) sunan bir mobil uygulamadır.

2. Hesap

Uygulamayı kullanmak için Google veya Apple hesabıyla giriş yapmanız gerekir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz an Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.

3. Abonelik

İçeriğin tamamı veya bir kısmı ücretli abonelik gerektirebilir. Abonelikler App Store / Google Play üzerinden yönetilir; iptal ve iade koşulları ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.

4. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm dersler, sorular, ses kayıtları ve görseller Runway English’e aittir ve telif korumasındadır. İçeriğin kopyalanması, kaydedilmesi, ekran görüntüsüyle çoğaltılması veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılması yasaktır. İhlal tespitinde hesap kapatılabilir.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, otomatik araçlarla sorgulamak, yapay zekâ değerlendirme servisini kötüye kullanmak veya başkasının hesabına erişmeye çalışmak yasaktır. Adil kullanım için günlük değerlendirme limitleri uygulanabilir.

6. Sorumluluk reddi

İçerik “olduğu gibi” sunulur; sınav sonuçlarına dair garanti verilmez. Yapay zekâ değerlendirmeleri yol göstericidir, resmî bir puanlama değildir.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinden duyurulur. İletişim: support@runwayenglish.app
